Responsibilities:
** Provides general support to CCO;
** Plans and organizes the schedule ;
** Prepares correspondence, spreadsheets, presentation slides, and other business documents;
** Maintains, updates, and retrieves files, forms and other documents;
** Assists in gathering information and preparing documents for other staff members;
** Answers telephone calls, provides information, takes messages;
** Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements/Skills/Abilities:
** Higher education in business related field;
** Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
** Working experience of minimum 2 years;
** Excellent written and oral communication skills in Georgian/ English/Russian languages;
** High IQ;
** Well-organized;
** Energetic, disciplined;
** Professional appearance;
** Easy teachable, flexible to learn and perform tasks required;
** Communicative and sociable.
